Welcome to Elite Leadership Redefined (“ELR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, courses, assessments, educational resources, coaching programs, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using ELR services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

ELR provides educational and professional-development resources focused primarily on automotive leadership, management, fixed operations, career development, and related topics.

ELR content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing provided by ELR constitutes a guarantee of employment, promotion, compensation, dealership performance, business results, or career advancement.

Individual results vary based on factors including experience, performance, employer requirements, market conditions, implementation, and circumstances outside ELR's control.

 

2. PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS DISCLAIMER

ELR resources, including KPI tools, dashboards, worksheets, assessments, examples, calculations, and management frameworks, are educational tools and should not be considered accounting, legal, tax, financial, human-resources, or other licensed professional advice.

Automotive KPI definitions, calculations, accounting practices, DMS reporting methods, OEM standards, dealer-group policies, compensation plans, and operating procedures may vary. Users are responsible for confirming applicable definitions, policies, and requirements with their employer or appropriate professional advisors before relying on ELR materials for formal business decisions.

 

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Prices for ELR products, courses, coaching programs, and services are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. ELR does not directly store complete payment-card information when payment information is processed by those providers.

 

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSE ACCESS

Purchases may include downloadable files, spreadsheets, workbooks, templates, videos, courses, assessments, or other digital materials.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchasing ELR material grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that material for your own educational and professional development.

Purchasing ELR content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ELR materials—including course content, videos, workbooks, spreadsheets, KPI tools, frameworks, assessments, graphics, branding, written materials, templates, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Elite Leadership Redefined and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where ELR expressly permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, sublicense, share, modify for resale, or commercially exploit ELR materials.

You may not purchase one license and distribute ELR materials throughout a dealership, dealer group, company, training organization, or other organization unless ELR has expressly authorized such use.

 

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If an ELR service requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Course or membership access is intended for the registered purchaser unless ELR expressly provides a multi-user or organizational license.

 

7. COACHING SERVICES

ELR coaching is designed to provide education, professional development, accountability, feedback, and career or leadership guidance.

Coaching does not create an employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, legal advisory relationship, or guarantee of any particular career or financial result.

Specific coaching programs may also be governed by separate agreements covering scheduling, cancellations, payment terms, confidentiality, and other program-specific conditions. Where a separate signed agreement applies, that agreement will control with respect to the matters it specifically addresses.

 

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation terms may vary by ELR product or service and will be communicated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, offer terms, or coaching agreement.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligibility for a refund will be determined according to the refund policy presented with the applicable offer at the time of purchase.

 

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use ELR websites, products, services, or systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to ELR systems, interfere with website operation, distribute malicious software, scrape protected content, circumvent access restrictions, or misuse another person's account.

 

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

ELR may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including website hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, video hosting, scheduling, or other technology providers.

ELR is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, content, or policies of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

 

11. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or customer experiences presented by ELR represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will achieve identical or similar results.

Career, leadership, financial, operational, and business outcomes depend on numerous individual and external factors.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELR and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of ELR content, products, services, or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

13. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELR and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of ELR services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

 

14. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

ELR may suspend or terminate access to its services where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, misuse, unauthorized sharing or distribution of ELR materials, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of ELR services.

 

15. PRIVACY

Your use of ELR services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, and protected.

 

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ELR may update these Terms & Conditions as its products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of ELR services following an update will be governed by the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the state identified by ELR as its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
