REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Elite Leadership Redefined (ELR)
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
Elite Leadership Redefined (“ELR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality educational products, professional-development resources, courses, and coaching services.
Because ELR offers different types of products and services, refund and cancellation terms vary depending on the offering purchased. The applicable terms are described below and may also be presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, or service agreement.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS
Purchases of downloadable or immediately accessible digital products are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Workbooks and playbooks
• Spreadsheets and KPI tools
• Templates
• Guides and quick-reference materials
• Downloadable assessments
• Digital product bundles
• Other immediately accessible digital resources
This policy applies to ELR products such as the Service Advisor → Service Manager Promotion Playbook, Fixed Operations KPI Toolkit, and Service Manager Readiness Bundle.
Because these products contain proprietary intellectual property that can be downloaded, copied, or retained after delivery, ELR generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
2. ACCESS OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS
ELR wants customers to receive what they purchased.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing or receiving a purchased product, contact ELR through the Contact page on our website.
ELR will make reasonable efforts to correct access or delivery problems. This may include restoring access, providing replacement access, or otherwise delivering the purchased materials.
Duplicate charges, incorrect transactions, or other billing errors should also be reported promptly so they can be investigated and corrected where appropriate.
3. SELF-PACED COURSES
Unless different terms are clearly disclosed for a particular course, eligible ELR self-paced courses may include a 14-calendar-day conditional refund period beginning on the original purchase date.
To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted within the applicable refund period and the purchaser must not have substantially consumed, completed, or downloaded the course or its materials.
ELR may review course-access and completion information when determining eligibility.
Specific eligibility requirements, including any course-consumption limitations, will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page.
After the applicable refund period expires, course purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. GROUP PROGRAMS AND ACCELERATORS
Unless otherwise stated for a particular program, a participant may request cancellation within seven calendar days of purchase or before the program begins, whichever occurs first.
Once the applicable group program has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.
If a program is purchased through an installment or payment plan, the payment plan represents installments toward the total program purchase price and should not be interpreted as a month-to-month subscription unless ELR expressly states otherwise.
Program-specific enrollment terms may supplement this Policy.
5. PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching engagements may require a non-refundable deposit, initial payment, or other commitment to reserve ELR’s coaching capacity.
Specific payment, cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, termination, and refund terms will be provided in the applicable coaching agreement.
Where a separate signed coaching agreement applies, that agreement will control with respect to the matters specifically addressed in it.
Services already provided are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. DEALERSHIP, CORPORATE, AND B2B SERVICES
Dealership training, consulting, organizational programs, workshops, licensing arrangements, and other business-to-business engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, services agreement, or similar contract.
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, travel expenses, customization fees, and refund terms for those engagements will be governed by the applicable agreement.
Where such an agreement conflicts with this general Policy, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to the matters it specifically addresses.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
For recurring ELR subscriptions or memberships, customers may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process provided for the applicable subscription.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily generate a prorated refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, access will generally continue through the end of the period already paid for.
8. PROMOTIONAL, DISCOUNTED, AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Products or programs offered at promotional, introductory, founding-member, discounted, or special pricing may have offer-specific refund or cancellation terms.
Any different terms will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase.
9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION
Where a purchase is eligible for a refund or cancellation, the request should be submitted through the Contact page on the ELR website.
Please include sufficient information for ELR to identify the purchase, such as your name, email address used for the purchase, product or program purchased, and reason for the request.
Submitting a request does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund. ELR will review the request according to the terms applicable to the purchase and applicable law.
10. PROCESSING APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
ELR is not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution after ELR has initiated an approved refund.
11. CHARGEBACKS AND BILLING QUESTIONS
Customers who believe a charge was made incorrectly are encouraged to contact ELR so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or through their payment-card issuer.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
ELR may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy as its products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. The policy and purchase terms applicable at the time of a transaction will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
13. CONTACT
Questions concerning refunds, cancellations, billing, or this Policy may be submitted through the Contact page on the ELR website.
